Chamberflow is the operating system for chambers of commerce: one record for members, dues, events, finance and communications. It is built in Taipei, for the market it is built for, and this page is here so you can judge it before you trust it with your roster.

Why it exists
Chambers of commerce run on a specific and unglamorous set of jobs: keep the roster accurate, invoice the dues, chase the ones that did not pay, fill the events, keep the sponsors happy, and give the board a straight answer at the AGM. Most of the software sold into this market treats those jobs as modules to be priced separately, and most of it was designed somewhere the invoices do not need a 統一編號.
The part that is genuinely hard in Taiwan is money. A chamber receives a bank transfer and the statement often identifies the payer by nothing more than the last five digits of their account. Matching that back to the right member and the right open invoice is the work that quietly eats a chamber administrator’s week. Chamberflow does that matching, shows its reasoning, and then asks a person to confirm it.
The rest of the product follows from the same idea: put the whole chamber on one record so the invoice, the event registration, the renewal date and the email history are the same member rather than four spreadsheets that disagree.
How we build it
Reconciliation matches, campaign sends and renewal outreach all wait for a human. Nothing auto-sends. A chamber’s relationship with its members is not something software should be allowed to spend on its own.
Dues, ticket sales and sponsorship settle through the chamber’s own merchant account. Chamberflow takes no percentage of any transaction and never holds the funds.
Members, events, finance, communications, AI and e-signature are all included. There is no per-module price list and no feature that needs a sales call to unlock.
Invoices carry 統一編號. Payments run on Newebpay or TapPay. Bank statements reconcile on the last five digits of the payer account, which is the part of a Taiwanese remittance that actually identifies who paid.
What it does not do
Written down so you do not have to discover it later.
- No accounting integration. There is no QuickBooks, Xero or ACH sync. Finance data leaves as Excel and PDF.
- No e-invoice integration. Connecting to the Ministry of Finance 電子發票 platform is scoped and quoted separately, not included.
- The staff interface is English only. Member-facing pages and the guide library are published in other languages; the administrative workspace is not.
- The mobile companion app is not released. It exists and runs, but it is not in either app store and is not part of what you are buying.
- No published security certification. There is no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit behind this product today. What there is, in detail, is on the security page.
