From application to member
New members apply through a public form at /join. Applications land in a staff review queue rather than an inbox, so nothing gets lost waiting for someone to notice an email. Once approved, the applicant becomes a full member record in the CRM — same company, same contacts, no re-entry.
Renewal risk, scored and explained
Every member gets a renewal-risk score built from real signals — days to renewal, engagement level, invoice status, prior lapses, and autopay enrollment — banded into a plain low/medium/high read. The score comes with the actual reasons behind it ("renews in 12 days," "dues invoice overdue," "autopay enabled"), not just a number.
Renewal Autopilot uses that score to draft a renewal email personalized to what the member actually got out of the year — referrals received, events attended — rather than a generic reminder. Staff approve or edit before it sends.
The member portal
Members log in to see their own profile, pay invoices, and register for events without emailing the chamber office for each of those. It's the same underlying record staff see from the HQ side, just scoped to what a member should be able to view and act on.
