Events

Public registration, a live per-event P&L, and QR check-in at the door.

Public pages that don't require a login

Each event gets a public page (/events for the listing, a direct /e/[id] link per event) that anyone can register and pay for without creating an account — the friction that kills last-minute event registration. Registrations write back to the same member/company records for anyone who's already in the system, and create a lightweight record for guests who aren't.

A P&L per event, not just a headcount

Most chamber event tools stop at registration counts. Chamberflow's event workspace shows a live profit-and-loss view — projected attendance fill, ticket revenue, sponsor revenue, itemized costs, and projected net — updated as registrations and sponsorships come in, not reconstructed after the fact in a spreadsheet. When an event is short of its sponsorship target, the workspace surfaces a sponsor-gap callout naming specific warm prospects rather than a generic "find more sponsors" nudge.

Check-in at the door

QR or manual check-in updates attendance in real time, which feeds directly into the same engagement and renewal-risk scoring used elsewhere — a member's event attendance history isn't a separate report, it's part of their one record.
