Member CRM

One record per company and contact — the same one dues, events, and finance all read from.

One record, not five spreadsheets

The most common failure mode in chamber operations is the same company existing three different ways: once in a spreadsheet, once in an email thread, once in whatever the previous membership coordinator used. Chamberflow's Member CRM keeps a single record per company — legal name, industry, size, city, website, tier, status, and every contact attached to it — so dues, events, and finance are all reading the same data instead of reconciling three copies of it.

Contacts carry roles (primary, board, committee, ambassador) and portal login activity, so staff can see at a glance who actually engages versus who's just a name on the account.

A pipeline for members who haven't joined yet

Prospective members move through a pipeline — prospect, contacted, qualified, proposal, won — the same shape as any B2B sales pipeline, but scoped to membership rather than deals. Each card carries the same company record structure it becomes once it converts, so there's no re-entry step when a prospect becomes a member.

The Pipeline Agent

The Pipeline Agent reads the live pipeline, ranks open deals by value at stake and how recoverable they look, and drafts a subject and body for each one — a real call to the same AI infrastructure the Renewal Agent uses, not a canned template. Staff review and send from there; the agent doesn't send anything on its own.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Member CRM replace a general-purpose CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce?

For chamber operations specifically, yes — it models membership tiers, dues cycles, and event history natively, which a generic CRM doesn't. It isn't built as a general sales CRM for unrelated businesses.

Does the Pipeline Agent send emails automatically?

No. It drafts a subject and body for staff to review and send — nothing goes out without a person approving it first.
